Pay Rates: Pay rates can be used to show simple pay rate calculations through Workforce. It can be a useful tool to use with Scheduling as you schedule days to a budget.
Paycodes: The Paycode feature in Workforce TNA is only used for exporting to payroll software and only if an employee’s payroll codes are unique to them. By default an employee's time will be calculated against the default paycode, however you can override the paycode name on an employee basis using this feature. These unique, custom paycodes per employee will display on the Payroll Summary Report and will be included on the Payroll Export. A unique paycode can be added for every paycode already created within Workforce TNA.
