Time Sheet Settings allows you to select the fields you would like to see on your Employees time sheets.
You can also select to turn on any of the Timesheet Exceptions options if you would like the system to flag when any of these occur. You can also select to Prevent Approval of timesheets if the exception occurs. Any exceptions will show in Red on the Employees timesheet. If Prevent Approval is 'On', these items highlighted in Red will need to be resolved before the timesheet can be approved.
