Once the admin has enabled 2FA in WorkforceTNA you will be prompted to setup 2FA on your next login. (To relog into WorkforceTNA, click the gear icon at the top right, and click Log Out)
You will need to download an Authentication app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Last Pass etc.
2FA in Workforce
In this case using the Microsoft Authenticator.
1. Install the Microsoft Authenticator App download for Android, IOS.
2. In the Authenticator App, Click the 3 circles at the top right.
3. Tap "Add Account"
4. Tap Work or School Account.
5. Tap Scan a QR Code.
6. Point the camera to the QR code at the WorkforceTNA screen on login.
Once complete you will have a WorkforceTNA authenticator.
7. On the main screen tap on WorkforceTNA.
8. Enter the one time password into WorkforceTNA.
After the 2FA has been setup you will be required to enter the authentication key when logging into WorkforceTNA.
