In version 11 you're now able to send an email to your employee to invite them to your WorkforceTNA account so they can configure their own password and have guide's sent to them to download the WorkforceTNA mobile application on both Apple and Android devices.


To invite employees you go into your WorkforceTNA > click Employees on the left hand side > Select the employees you want to invite by clicking the boxes next to their names or the box on the top line to select all > Then click Invite Selected Employees 



The email will look like the below with your company details.
