User Notifications allow users to be emailed or notified in WorkforceTNA when a certain event is flagged.
Below is a list of current notifications available at this time of writing.
- Checked in Outside Geofence
- Clocked on late
- Employee details have been updated via API
- Employee has requested leave
- Employee has updated their Bank Details
- Employee has updated their Profile
- Employee Leave Request is Approved
- Employee Leave Request is Rejected
- Extended Break
- Hasn't Clocked OFF
- Hasn't Clocked On
- High Temperature on clocking
- Left Early
- New Employee has been created via API
- New Schedule
- Overtime
- Phone Identifier Mismatch
- Shortfall
- System Notifications
- Time Clock offline
- User hasn't approved timesheets
Delivery Method can be sent via Email, Web and Browser:
Email: Recipient will receive a notification to their associated email address.
Web: A notification will be in the bell menu located at the top right corner while logged into WorkforceTNA.
Browser: If WorkforceTNA is logged in the notification will push to the Browser which will prompt a sound and a notification on the user's screen. (Notifications may need to be enabled through your Browser)
Notification Conditions:
Select what departments and/or daily rules will flag the notification.
For example if the Notification Type "Hasn't Clocked Off" the notification condition will be a list of daily rules. Selecting which daily rules will allow the notification to flag if an employee Hasn't clocked off. If an employee hasn't clocked off and their daily rule isn't enabled in this list, the notification will not be prompted. This works the same way for Departments, an employee needs to be in the department enabled to prompt the notification for that type.
Other Settings:
Some notifications may have extra settings such as a toggle to apply the notification on public holidays, or to trigger if they scan with a higher temperature than specified.
Recipients:
Select which Users will receive the notification.
