Login to you Workforce TNA and select system settings

Select the Payroll Settings tab

Once your Payroll settings are open up the top you will see Send Payroll Data by.

Your system was set to Use Daily Totals in Payroll and Reports which was exporting the data from this area of the Timesheet.

Now that I’ve changed this setting the data will be exported using the data from this part of the Timesheet. This is a global setting, so it doesn’t just affect the one staff member but all staff members.
